About Me

Hi, I’m Zaira — a qualified counsellor dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space for adults, young people, and children.

I am based in Manchester and offer sessions in person and online.

I believe every individual deserves to feel seen, heard, and respected, whatever their background, culture, or faith.

My approach is integrative, blending Person-Centred therapy, Psychodynamic insights, and Cognitive-Behavioural strategies to meet your unique needs.

For clients who wish to, I also offer faith-based counselling, recognising the important role spirituality can play in healing and personal growth.
