Each session begins with a grounding conversation to explore what you’d like support with.
You’ll then be guided into a relaxed, calm state through soothing voice and breathwork.
From there, we work with imagery, metaphors, or affirmations tailored to your goals.
The session ends with reflection and grounding practices.
Will I be unconscious?
No, you’ll remain aware and in control the entire time.
Is it safe?
