your counsellor

I am a qualified counsellor dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space for adults, young people, and children across Manchester and online.

My approach is integrative — blending Person-Centred therapy, Psychodynamic insights, and Cognitive-Behavioural strategies to meet your unique needs. I also work with families and parents navigating complex transitions.

For clients who wish to, I offer faith-based counselling, recognising the important role spirituality can play in healing and personal growth.
